Our little pond has overflowed her banks meeting up with the flooded marsh on the other side of Lulu’s Crossing. The donkeys and sheep won’t walk through the water, but they don’t need to. Luckily the other pastures are dry.
In the years we’ve been on the farm, the pond has never been this high. Like the rivers and streams around us, it continues to rise even after the rain has stopped.
