
I finished tacking the last quilt for Ellen today. Now all five quilts are done. Tomorrow I’ll hang as many as I can on the clothesline and take a picture of them together.
I am relieved to have gotten them done. I know I will need a little time to transition away from them. We have spent a lot of time together, all those colors and patterns, it will be time to clear my head for what comes next.

How much of Maria gets left behind in each quilt? And each potholder?

I’m making them for a friend, who had bought my quilts before. They are for her family.
The backing on this quilt reminds me of music bars with single notes… I can hear it!
