Sheep…Wool

The high ninety degree days are gone.  It’s still hot and humid but so much better than it was.  The sheep and donkeys came out to graze this morning even though I left the gate open all night.

I think they didn’t know it was open because they acted as if they hadn’t eaten since last night.

I’ll skirt the rest of the wool this weekend and Jon and I will bring it to Nobletown Fiber Works on Monday.  I fell confident about the new mill.  I’m looking forward to trying some new things with the wool, like the thick rug wool.

I write about what I’m going to be doing with the wool when we get back.  If all goes well, I’ll have my yarn back in the fall.
