Suzy was working on a shawl when her husband, Joe, brought her the mail with the Potholder of my Studio and White Hen that she bought. “I love it so” she texted me along with the photo.
But it was her shawl that caught my eye. All those soft colors with the touches of yellow brought me right into the afternoon woods with flecks of sunlight on the mossy white birches.
Suzy has three shawls finished already. I don’t know what the other two look like, but now I can’t wait to see them.
