I stitched the title, my initials and the year on the bottom of my Dancing Pear quilt. Then I brought it inside the house and laid it on the guest bed.
I do love to see the way a quilt I make looks on a bed before I send it off to its new home. But it also is a way for me to clip any loose threads and run a lint brush over it. It makes it easy to fold and roll so I can fit in into a box too.
Even now, I’m smiling as I look at it.
