It was easy to work on the pillows for Eileen because the weather is feeling like autumn. I don’t think I could have made these on those hot summer days.
I made the pillows from a mix of fabric. A batik skirt, the big flowers cut from a yard of cloth, little acorns with checkered caps, autumn leaves and some rusty colored scraps.
The combination of patterns and colors works so well.
