“Have fun,” I said to Jon when the nurse came to get him for his cataract surgery.
The nurse laughed. I don’t know about fun she said. But I told her Jon always has fun.
They were both laughing when they walked away. The nurse was as easy to laugh as Jon is. Jon was already having fun.
I think of Jon’s cataract surgery as his Flower Eye surgery. The better to see and photograph flowers.
He should be done soon.
