Barbara sent me a box of linens a couple of weeks ago. (Thank you Barbara!) In it were three embroidered towels that I knew would make good “Not going Back” Potholders.
I worked on them today. I love the way the Dutch girl is walking with so much purpose.
This one is The Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe. I have a good feeling she and her kids are gladly Not Going Back
And the bonneted girl in this embroidery looks to me like she’s not just walking but running into the future.
I still have to make these into Potholders, and I think I have one more hankie that will work as a Not Going Back Potholder too.
I really like these. They are fantastic!
