I got all the wood stacked before the rain came. But I didn’t put a tarp on it. So this morning when I realized it would rain all day, I tarped the wood pile.
Last year rain and snow dripped between the stacks of wood that were on the edge of the shed. So today I nailed the tarp to the inside of the shed and laid the rest over the top of the wood outside of it.
I think it will work, if not, I’ll figure something else out.
When I was done, I filled the wood holders inside the house and made a fire in one stove. The house is warm and cozy.
