I got some good work done on my Winter Shadows Quilt today. I fit all the pieces together and added a bit of rusty red here and there. It needed a little winter red.
I added the soft blue shirt with fade marks that Hannah sent me and strips of dark blue that came from a pair of her pants.
I didn’t actually sew the blue and white garden fabric on yet. It was my favorite of the pieces I tried. But I thought I’d wait till tomorrow when I fresh eyes and bit of distance before I commit.
I have a good feeling that’s it’s going to work and what I’ll do next.
