  1. I’m glad to see that White Hen is doing much better since she isn’t being bothered by Kitty and Anne. I’m wondering if, when the weather gets warmer in the spring, if she will be allowed outside to get some sunshine and fresh air. It doesn’t seem right for her to be shut up in the barn, but maybe that is the only solution for the chicken situation.

    1. She seems very content to be in the barn now Bonnie. And she can get out if she wanted to. There is only a gate on the back barn door. But I do worry about her wandering around on the farm. If she lives into the warmer weather I’m planning on making her a safe space outside, where the other hens can’t peck at her and she can still be outside during the day.
