I sewed a design for a new sticker today.
I found out that our local printers who make my business cards and postcards also make stickers. I used to get my stickers from another company, but that company has gotten political in a way that makes me very uncomfortable.
From now I’ll be getting my stickers in larger batches or two hundred or more to make them affordable. Since I’m going to be getting so many of them I wanted them to be something special.
So I thought I’d create an image for a sticker that I could put on my packages.
I used an quilt square with a basket on it from a quilt that someone sent me and stitched a goddess and Full Moon Fiber Art on it.
It feels just right to me and I loved using the quilted basket in this way.
Tomorrow I’ll send my sticker photo off to Brad at A&M Printers to be made into 2 or 3″ stickers.
I’ll also send them Jon’s flower photo, below, to be made into a postcard.

I enjoyed Jon’s and your new gossip column!
Thanks Richard.
