Bedlam Farm Gossip…Did You Hear About The Egg KittyAnne Laid?

I don’t know if it was KittyAnne’s adventure yesterday, but this morning we got two eggs.  It’s the first time since last year that we got two eggs in one day.

And one of them, as you can see in my picture, is huge.  I feel sorry for which ever hen had to push that egg out.

I wasn’t surprised when I cracked the big egg into a bowl and it had two yokes. I scrambled it for myself and hard boiled the regular sized egg for Jon.

Maybe now that Jon and I are writing Bedlam Farm Gossip, the hens are trying to impress… Did you hear about the egg that Kitty Anne laid….
