This Holding Pillow is for Anne. The deep blues and greens of a summer woods, and a tree in full bloom.
When I was stitching the tree, I realized how I draw my trees in season. During the winter I never even think to draw a tree with leaves on it. And in the summer the leaves are always green and some times the trees even flower. The fall leaves are reds and oranges, often falling and on the ground.
But today when I makes the tree for Anne, I thought it needed some leaves. A promising tree.
