Some people know how to find the light in the darkest of places. Some people even emit that light. They don’t just find it, but send it out into the world in their own unique way.
That’s what I felt when I read the card that Kathye sent me. Her words are simple and few yet they are infused with such feeling, they filled me with hope. I kept that card, and each time I read it I feel it again…

Today I made this Holding Pillow for Kathye. It is one of two that I am making for her. It’s called “Flowing Light” because Kathye is one of those people who not only find the light, but passes it along.
Your holding pillows are just beautiful. I wish I could still sew but my fingers won’t move, and my eyes are weakening.

That mauve floral jumped out at me- I made a dress out it many moons ago!!! Love these pillows and the designs.
