There is something so calming and stabilizing in the sameness of the chores that you do every morning and share with us. I appreciate the routines that never seem to get boring. My routine is that after I get up I meditate and pray and then I read Jon’s blog and yours. I like to end with yours because of your gentleness and your way with the animals. I appreciate you and your part in my life.
It is for me too Sandy. When my morning routine gets thrown off, I feel it, sometimes all day. I never thought of it, but you’re right, it never gets boring to me, it is actually very nourishing. I appreciate your reading both our blogs and it makes me very happy to hear that you find my blog gentle. I appreciate you too!
Thank you. Like I’ve told you before, since I don’t get to be out in nature much anymore, I appreciate it that I get to accompany you. And I relate to my animal companions (Sasha the goldendoodle, and Milo the tuxedo cat — like Zip), much like you do.
Oh you have good animals around you. That goes a long way to keeping us connected to the natural world.
