The sheep are frisky, especially the younger ones. It’s probably the spring, the change of season. Robin and Constance are bouncing around and butting heads with everyone.
Or trying too.
Today as we walked back from the pasture after grazing, Robin started butting Kim. Kim is too old and has a bad leg, she wants no part of it. Robin is so much bigger than her and she has a hard time defending herself.
So Kim went to Asher and Issachar for help.
She ran from Robin and stood between the twins. When Robin came towards them, Issachar stepped out, head down and nudged Robin away.
There are times when Robin will try again, or butt heads with the two older wethers. But this time he decided against it and walked away.
Kim stayed close to Asher as they walked up the hill and into the barn.
They have a very spirited relationship together and are such sweet little beings! I can see how they bring joy to your life.
They have a whole life I know little or nothing about Debbie. The glimpses I get I cherish.
A new movie, The Sheep Detectives, is out. Hard to beat talking sheep! It’s oriented for children but adults like it too.
