Chris sent me this picture of the first Meditation Mat I ever made in its home. What a perfect place for it I thought when I saw the picture. So peaceful with that beautiful view out the window.
I’ll be starting a new Meditation Mat this week. I have a list of people who are interested in them. I have found the size of the Meditation Mat (about 29″x40″) is easy for me to work with. It feels just right.
I always think of my Potholders as mini quilts. I guess it’s similar for my Meditation Mats. A smaller, more concentrated, kind of quilt.
