I used up the last of my “Keep the Good Alive” packing tape today. I waited too long to get more because I had to find someplace new to buy it from.
The company I used to get it from did a good job and made it quick and easy to upload images and get the product.
But the owner of the company has gotten into politics and is running against Blake Gendebien, a farmer from northern NY, to fill the seat that Elise Stefanik is leaving.
I didn’t mind doing business with his company before he was running for office even if I didn’t agree with his politics. (Especially when I’m asking them to create something that flies in the face of the hate politics that he supports, like my Not Going Back Magnets and my Keep The Good Alive packing tape.)
But he’s basically a mini-Trump and is using most of his own money in the campaign so I don’t want to be supporting that even if it is just $30 for a roll of tape.
I did order more “Keep the Good Alive” packing tape from Vistaprint, but it will take two weeks to get here.
So for the next two week, the repurposed boxes I send my art out in will look a little different than usual.
I’m curious to see what I come up with to make them my own without the packing tape.

Well said Cheryl, Thanks.
