I sewed the orange border around my Dragonfly Meditation Mat this morning. That was after I read the email that DawnMarie sent me.
From Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams…
“Dragonfly is the essence of the winds of change, the messages of wisdom and enlightenment, and the communications from the elemental world. This elemental world is made up of tiny spirits of plants, and the elements of air, earth, fire and water. In essence, the world is full of nature spirits.”
I’ve just been made aware of a name for what I’ve been experiencing in the woods when finding universes and connection in the smallest beings…Nature Spirits.
I will finish working on my Dragonfly Meditation Mat tomorrow and put it up for sale in my Etsy Shop when it’s done. When it’s done it will be about 29″x40″ and is $200 + shipping.
I didn’t work on it more today because, as I was cleaning up my work table, I had the urge to start make a Potholder using the scraps. Then I just kept going…..
It’s beautiful and magical
