Gallery 99 is a moving gallery in Glens Falls NY. On February 10-13th the first venue will be at the Empire Theatre Plaza on 11 South Street. It’s affordable art, nothing more than $99. There’s another show planned for the summer and the Gallery will also be showing art out of a truck which will park in various places around the area.
I’ll have some of my potholders there, (above and below are some of the sketches for them, more on the Events page) and Jon will have some framed and unframed photo’s and notecards. There will be about 20 artist total.
I’m meeting with Diane Swanson and some of the other volunteers tomorrow morning to talk about how to display the art. The space is an empty store front and the buildings owners are good enough to loan it to the Gallery for the show.
