I walked through the Fiber Sculpture Exhibit at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, with a knowing smile. I had never seen any of the pieces in the exhibit and had only heard of one of the artists. And yet, I felt like I was walking into a very familiar place. Like I knew the work personally, or that it was so familiar somehow, that it was just good to see. I guess I was surrounded by my tribe…. and it felt really good.
I didn’t think to take note of the titles and artists, ( I just forgot) but I did take some photos so you can see a bit of what I saw.

Thank you for sharing Maria, I just love the last one.
I am sobering why I,am so uninterested. After some time of this I decided that I think hanks of yarn flung around as if from pots of paint are a misuse of medium oh dear, oh dear I am unsavable.
Just your take on it Erika. It’s not for everyone.
