I’m making Ogg Winter Scarves for the Open House.
Kenna Ogg, who they’re named after, sent me a new batch of fabric scraps so I had a lot of material for the fronts of them, but I needed warm soft fabric for the backs.
I found backing fabric and lots more at It Makes Cents, one of the thrift stores in town.
I was so excited about my find, I wanted to make a video about it. Jon was on a boat ride on Lake George with the people from The Mansion, so I asked my friend Athena, who was over for lunch, to help me make the video.

Lovely scarfs. Thank you for your love and best wishes. Surgery went well. Now starts the long road back. Hoping for a good quality of life.
So glad to hear it Alice. Best to you on a new beginning…
