Jon often says that he’s “fond” of one of our animals. If he ever says that about Bud, don’t believe him.
Yesterday I came in from hanging the clothes on the line to find the two of them napping in the living room. Bud lay in Jon’s arms like a baby might.
Jon said he wanted to get a small dog so he could understand the phenomenon that occurs between big men and little dogs.
Now he’s living it.
