One Egg and Veggies From The Garden

Some tomatoes ripen every day.  Just enough to snack on or to put in a couple of salads.  Jon eats the cauliflower raw. I cut it up with his other raw veggies for a snack. The sweet peas were not so sweet, and we shared the egg at breakfast.

I’m saving the squash for more squash cakes. We made them twice so far.  The second batch better than the first.  I have a feeling they’ll improve every time we make them.

  1. What a nice harvest! Our tomatoes are still green but soon we will have some fresh green beans and pickling cucumbers! Eating fresh produce from the garden is the best!
