Jon and I are going to Bishop Gibbons today. We’re going later than we had been, so I had some time in my studio this morning.
That means I got to do some work on what appears to be a new quilt. I sewed the circle slices on that I had planned out yesterday and then added some more pieces.
Below is what I have so far. It just keeps moving along….

Don’t know why but the particular shapes (triangles et al) bring to mind nautical flags and pennants; this piece is going to sail away to calm waters.
