This morning I finished painting the leaves on the Meditation Trees I sewed yesterday. When I put them aside to dry, a piece of fabric sticking up from the box I have next to my work table caught my eye.
The colors were so much brighter than any that I’ve been working with lately. Maybe I craved something different, or maybe it was the moon that I couldn’t resist.
I think it was a combination of both. All three really, because the sun was there too.
As I worked, they seemed like little altars to me. And I though of them as an Ode To The Moon And Sun.
