Thanks Everyone who entered the Potholer Contest! I’m truly surprised as the response. I’d like to thank you all by making everyone a winner in a way. So I’m giving everyone who entered the contest a 20% discount on anything you buy from me through the end of the year. It’s true, I don’t have anything on my For Sale page right now, but but there will be soon, so keep checking or watch the progress on my site.
If anyone is interested in ordering some potholders just let me know ([email protected]) or leave a comment on my blog. The potholders are usually $15 including shipping but with the Contest discount they’re only $12.
Thanks again, when I’m not feeling so nervous about it, it’s actually fun. I’ve learned that the way to feel comfortable doing something I want to do but am afraid of, is to do it again and again and again…. Looks like I’ll have to have a few more contests.

Maria, I wanted to tell you what a wonderful picture that is of you and the sheep, that’s on Jon’s blog. You have such a sweet expression. It really did bring a smile to my face seeing it. You really should frame that one!
I also have to say how much I get a kick out of Simon braying. It always makes me chuckle. Tell Jon to keep capturing that, it’s wonderful. Simon is such a sweetheart. You are so lucky to have him, and he is lucky to have the two of you!
Everytime Simon brays I can’t help but smile and respond. I think you are right, we are all lucky.

I did not enter the contest because I have never felt very good at that sort of thing, now I wish I had and I am looking forward to the next contest. I am working on the idea that everyone, in their own way, is a winner.

Rats! I wanted to win #2 w/ the planets and stars. For some reason just loved that one. Maybe next time I’ll be lucky.
