I realized today that I can’t stop making Potholders because I’m obsessed with them the same way I get obsessed with jigsaw puzzles.
It’s because I sorted my fabric scraps by color on my desk. So it’s like I have all the pieces to a puzzle in front of me and now I just have to figure out where they all go.
Unlike a jigsaw puzzle, they never all fit together before I decided I would make them into potholders. But my brain is perceiving it as the same process.
I just put some of the potholder I made over the past couple of weeks, up for sale in my Etsy Shop.
They are all patchwork, but some center around images like the ones above. Others are more about color and pattern.
