Whenever I finish making a quilt, or a batch of potholders, I have small pieces of fabric leftover. So I make them into potholders, the same way, when I was a kid, we used to make the extra Christmas cookie dough that was too small for a cookie-cutter into wreaths or bells.
These are my leftovers, no less valued than the hand-formed cookies, once they came out of the oven.
