A couple of your recent pieces have had bits of my mom’s aprons that I sent you many months ago. Seeing them going out into the world as works of art brings tears some days, but always makes me happy. I love to look at all the different fabrics that come together.
I guess it is both sweet and sad Laura, I love having them in my work.

Thank you Maria and Annie! I love taking photos, but mostly just play around with it. I love taking photos of some of the food dishes I create, too. It’s fun! Laura, this piece means even more to me knowing what I know…it will be well cared for throughout the years!
