It’s hard for me to believe I’ve never met Veronica in person. I feel like I know her so well. Partly because of the emails we exchange and partly from reading her poetry and blog. We also both understand the creative life.
I often share Veronica’s writing on facebook, And now Veronica is giving one of her books, The Last Bird Sings, away in a contest. In the book Veronica shares how the events in her life shaped her, and her personal philosophy that has helped her through life. Veroinca has been writing since the 1960’s, now in her 80’s she continues to work. Veroinca’s work inspires me, touches me and always makes me think.
