Carolyn was the first called on Dog Talk today, the radio show Jon did with Joe Donahue on WAMC. She got a good conversation going about the implications of using the words “Rescue” and “Adoption” when talking about dogs.
When I got home I found this picture of Carolyn and her dogs in my email.
“I was lucky enough to speak with Jon on his radio broadcast today and THEN my book arrived in the mail. A Great Day” she wrote.
Carolyn’s photo and words were a reflection of what my day was like (Jon and I were at Battenkill Books again this morning where he signed more books and Connie stuffed them into shipping envelopes, each with a tote bag) I just couldn’t resist posting them both.
