Bedlam Farm Solar

Installing the solar panels

The only thing I was concerned about with having the solar panels installed was my Hibiscus.  I wasn’t sure it if would be in the way of the trench they had to dig to lay the electrical line from the solar panels to the house.

But Josh, who was digging the trench, was really good about not disturbing the tree roots and being careful about the Hibiscus.

As the work is being done, the sheep are resting in the shade outside my studio window.  I just freshened their bucket of drinking water and there’s a cool breeze keeping us all comfortable.

I heard from Deb at the Vermont Fiber Mill today and I’ll be dropping my wool off at the end of the month.

It’s a busy day at the farm, but I hope to take the afternoon to begin working on something new in my studio.  I’m just not sure what yet.
